Production Process
From Cut Panel to Completed Door
Precision Cutting
Panel stock and structural components are cut and formed to the exact dimensions of the confirmed door specification.
Finishing & Coating
Surfaces move through the coating line to apply the specified finish — bronze, copper, matte, or wood-grain transfer.
Assembly
Panels, glazing, and hardware are assembled on the workshop floor and checked against the project specification.
Installation Support
Completed doors are prepared for shipment, with guidance provided to project teams handling on-site installation.
